This video demonstrates the integrated automatic stacking and absorbent pad laying function matched with AIRAYS multi-station thermoforming machine, specially designed for food plastic containers, meat trays and fresh packaging boxes.

After finished plastic boxes are precision cut, the equipment automatically arranges and stacks the containers neatly. Meanwhile, the built-in servo pad feeding mechanism accurately picks and places absorbent pads inside each plastic tray fully automatically.
