RS-800-500 is a new generation full servo plastic cup thermoforming machine. It uses internationally advanced plastic sheet forming technology. It is a plastic sheet forming equipment that integrates mechanical, pneumatic and electrical integrated design. It can automatically complete all actions such as loading, feeding, heating, forming and cutting. Compared with hydraulic drive, this machine has more stable forming, faster speed and cleaner production.

It is suitable for processing different materials, such as A-PET, R-PET, BOPS, HIPS, PP, PLA, PVC and barrier materials, and is suitable for the production of various beverage cups, coffee cups, milk cups, water cups, bowls, boxes and other plastic products.

Our current structure is the result of strategic growth: in 2021, Elemotion invested in Wuhu Youhe Automation Technology Co., Ltd., which was officially renamed Wenzhou Rayshape Machinery Co., Ltd. in 2025 and is now wholly owned by Wenzhou Elemotion Holdings. This strong corporate backing is part of Elemotion's expansive footprint, which includes two physical factories covering 210000 m² in Wuhu and Wenzhou, and branch offices serving over 7,000 companies across more than a dozen major cities in China.

Normally we need around 45 working days.
We have a few experienced technicians who can help to install and test running the machine anytime overseas. Moreover, our own export personel will give you the service support after buying the machine. As long as you have any questions, we will try our best to help you.
Yes, if there is. If the customer has no samples, please send a drawing or a photo of the sample, and let us know the size. Then we will send the drawing for your confirmation.
We accept T/T. 30% as deposit and 70% balance should be paid before delivery. We can also accept 100% confirmed irrevocable L/C at sight.
