Full Process Verification of Standard FAT Testing
The factory acceptance test covers the entire working workflow of the multi-station thermoformer, including sheet unwinding, servo feeding, constant temperature heating, positive-negative pressure molding, punching, in-mold cutting, automatic stacking and edge scrap recycling. The whole machine operates continuously with real plastic sheets to simulate actual factory production conditions, avoiding unloaded single-function simple testing.
1. Material Feeding and Conveying System Test
The double-station large-diameter unwinding structure and full-servo feeding system are fully started during the test. The equipment automatically completes sheet unwinding and constant-speed conveying. The system accurately verifies the sheet conveying length, running speed and operating stability, effectively avoiding sheet slipping, deviation and falling problems in actual production, and laying a foundation for consistent molding of subsequent products.
2. Zoned Constant Temperature Heating System Test
Equipped with an upper and lower four-section independent heating system, the machine adopts ±1℃ precise zoned temperature control technology. During the acceptance test, the heating temperature of each zone is adjusted according to PP, PET, PLA and recycled material characteristics to detect temperature uniformity and heating response speed. This core test ensures that the sheet can be heated evenly and stably, solving common molding defects such as uneven thickness and warping caused by temperature deviation.
3. Positive-Negative Pressure Molding Accuracy Test
The core molding station performs high-frequency continuous cycle operation. Through the coordinated action of compressed air positive pressure and vacuum negative pressure, the equipment completes the molding of food-grade packaging products such as fresh food trays, egg trays and fresh-keeping sealing boxes. The inspectors check the product cavity completeness, corner definition and wall thickness consistency one by one to verify the rationality of the molding pressure and mold matching accuracy.
4. Punching and In-Mold Cutting Function Test
For 4-station customized models, the independent punching station is fully tested to verify the precision of vent hole forming of fruit and vegetable trays and egg trays. All models complete in-mold cutting linkage tests to ensure clean separation between finished products and edge materials, effectively reducing burrs and flash defects and improving the yield rate of finished products.
5. Automatic Stacking and Scrap Recycling Test
The automatic stacking station runs continuously to realize orderly layered collection and arrangement of finished packaging products, which greatly reduces manual contact, avoids product pollution and damage, and improves production automation. At the same time, the servo-driven edge scrap rewinding system operates synchronously to recycle production waste, realizing clean and environmentally friendly standardized production.
6. Whole Machine Linkage and Finished Product Inspection
During the long-term continuous operation test, the coordination of each station of the whole machine is monitored in real time. After the test, professional inspectors sample and detect the size accuracy, surface flatness and molding stability of the finished products.
