The complete workflow covers sheet unwinding, servo feeding, upper‑lower zoned heating, positive‑negative pressure forming, punching for ventilation holes, in‑mold cutting and automatic stacking. Edge scraps are automatically rewound for recycling.

Compatible raw materials: PP, PET, PLA, HIPS. It produces egg trays, fruit containers, take‑away boxes and cup lids. 4‑station model comes with independent punching station for egg tray vent holes, while 3‑station version focuses on non‑vent packaging.
