How plastic fruit boxes are made｜Multi‑Station Thermoformer｜AIRAYS
AIRAYS (Wenzhou Rayshape Machinery Co., Ltd.) is a subsidiary of ELEMOTION. This video shows the complete production workflow of PP fruit containers on our positive‑negative pressure multi‑station thermoformer.
The whole process includes sheet unwinding, servo feeding, upper‑lower heating, positive‑negative pressure forming, punching, in‑mold cutting and automatic stacking. Edge scraps are rewound for recycling.
Supported materials: PP, PET, PLA, HIPS. It produces fruit trays, take‑away food containers, plastic cup lids and other shallow‑medium depth food‑grade packaging. Available in 3‑station and 4‑station versions. The 4‑station model adds an independent punching station for ventilated fruit boxes.
Adopts five‑point connecting‑rod mechanism, ±1℃ zoned temperature control, servo‑driven system and quick‑change mold design for stable mass‑production.
