Plastic Cup Making Machine Passed Final Acceptance & Ready for Shipment

Recently, a full-automatic plastic cup making machine (cup thermoforming machine) designed and manufactured by Wenzhou Rayshape Machinery Co., Ltd. (AIRAYS) has successfully completed all pre-shipment inspections, performance tests and factory acceptance. The machine is fully qualified and ready for delivery to our overseas customer.

Before shipment, our technical and quality control team carried out a full set of strict acceptance procedures, including mechanical assembly check, electrical system test, continuous operation trial, forming stability test, safety function verification and automatic cup collecting & stacking matching test. All performance indicators, production efficiency and product forming quality have reached and exceeded the design standards and customer requirements.
