Material Flexibility and High-Speed Performance
A hallmark of Rayshape’s Plastic Thermoforming Machine is its impressive material flexibility. Our equipment is compatible with PP, PET, PS, A-PET, HIPS, and PLA. When running PET sheets, our machines can reach a maximum speed of 45 molds per minute, while PP sheets typically run up to 30 molds per minute. This high-speed performance is maintained by a future-oriented control system that includes a unique parameter save function. Once a mold is optimized, its settings are permanently saved, allowing for "one-click" production starts in the future.
