Manufacturing complex packaging like connected-body fruit boxes requires the advanced capabilities of the Rayshape four-station Plastic Thermoforming Machine. Unlike single-station machines, our multi-station system, developed by Wenzhou Rayshape Machinery Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Elemotion Group), handles forming, punching, and cutting in one synchronized flow.

This is ideal for materials such as PP, PET, and BOPS. The four-column support and five-point structural connecting rod ensure mechanical stability during high-speed punching. We offer plate sizes like $730 \times 610$ to increase cavity counts.

By using our parameter save function, which stores up to 90 sets of data, switching between different fruit box designs is fast and reliable, reflecting our commitment to low-consumption production.
