Located in Wenzhou’s Binhai New Area, our equipment utilizes a four-stage electric heating furnace that reaches $400$°C in 3 minutes, providing the stable thermal environment required for PET. The machine supports other materials like PP, PVC, BOPS, HIPS, and PLA, reaching speeds of up to 45 molds per minute for PET. With a forming plate size of $730 \times 800$, manufacturers can maximize their output for fruit boxes and lids. The integrated 90-set data memory allows for instant recall of optimized parameters, embodying the Elemotion spirit of diligence and efficiency.
