As part of Elemotion Group in Wenzhou, our enterprise has designed a simple and refreshing electrical cabinet that simplifies the machine assembly and wiring installation process. This brand-new design concept reduces maintenance time and improves reliability.

Our machine is a high-volume, multi-station thermoforming system compatible with materials like PET, PP, PVC, and PLA. It features a servo feeding system and five-point structural connecting rods for stable, high-speed production—up to 45 molds per minute for PET. We offer forming plate sizes such as $730 \times 610$ and $730 \times 800$ to ensure high production capacity. The integrated PLC control includes a memory function for 90 sets of production data and a remote connection function for real-time support. Rayshape carries forward the Elemotion spirit of diligence, striving for self-surpassing excellence in every detail.

Our machines also feature a four-stage heating furnace that reaches $400$°C in 3 minutes and an edge material winding device for a clean production line.
