1. Sheet Loading & Clamping

The process begins with automatic feeding and clamping of thermoplastic sheets such as PET, PP, PS, PVC, ABS, and PLA. AIRAYS machines feature doublestation largediameter unwinding and electric lifting, supporting singleperson coil loading up to 600KG for safer and more efficient material preparation.
