This video shows the core heating and forming working procedures of AIRAYS high-end multi-station plastic thermoforming machine.

The independent constant-temperature heating zone realizes uniform and consistent heating for plastic sheets without overheating or cold spots, laying a solid foundation for stable molding. After precise heating, the sheet is transferred to the forming station instantly, where positive and negative pressure cooperate to finish high-precision forming.
